Need Programmer for Project

I am working on rebooting an old project called gunsmith 2, a sequel to one a game I made a while back.
Me and another programmer had the game in an alpha stage, but his computer crashed and he lost all the files. So he decided to quit, and I don't blame him.
So, I have a .swf of the game in alpha stage so you can see exactly what you need to program. You will need to be able to program changing variables, hit detection, player controlled resizing and rotating, and player controlled layer changes.
